Cancellation Policy

Cancellation is not available for the author who is the only registrant among co-authors of a contribution.

One should send a message to the following email address to cancel his/her registration for the conference.

The following cancellation fee will be charged if we receive a cancellation message later than 31st July (JST).

Until 4th August(JST): 10,000 JPY

After 5th August(JST):100% of conference fee

Bank transfer commission will be extracted when we will refund the fee to those who did not pay by a credit card.

Accommodations

We prepare a limited number of hotel rooms for ICGG2010 participants with discount rate. You can find information for accomodations in the "VENUE" page. Reservation is now available from the above online registration.
